Warrick County now has new student online registration. Please use the link below to fill out the online enrollment forms. If you are unable to complete the forms online, you may print off the enrollment forms here: 2024-2025 New Student Forms.

New Student Enrollment Checklist

Please contact the Guidance Office during the school year to set up an enrollment appointment by calling 812-858-3408.

Office Hours:

 7:00 am - 3:00 pm  Monday- Friday

SUMMER HOURS

The Guidance Office will be closed after June 7^th for the summer. We will return July 23^rd.

Front office summer hours: Starting June 11^th – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-12:00

You may access the enrollment forms above or the main office will have paper copies available during summer hours. You may email the forms to the appropriate counselor listed on the forms and they will contact you once they return in July for an enrollment appointment.
